Because products may be manufactured or customized for each order, reasonable variations may occur between digital representations and the finished product.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information and customization submitted with your order.
  • Colors displayed on a screen are approximations and may vary from the appearance of physical materials.
  • Product dimensions and placement examples shown on the website are for reference unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • We may contact you if additional information is required to produce or fulfill your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that cannot reasonably or lawfully be produced.

Pricing, Payment & Order Acceptance

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order amounts are calculated and presented during checkout when applicable. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance if a pricing, payment, availability, technical, or production issue prevents us from fulfilling it.

  • Payment must be successfully authorized using an accepted payment method.
  • Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not alter an order already accepted at its confirmed price except where required to correct an obvious error or as permitted by law.

Customer Artwork, Content & Intellectual Property

When you provide artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content for a custom product, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary permission to use it for the requested purpose. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any permissions or licenses that may be required.

  • Do not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material.
  • Thrilling Signs may refuse an order when submitted content presents a legal, safety, production, or rights concern.
  • Thrilling Signs retains ownership of its website content, branding, original designs, graphics, software, and other materials except where rights belong to customers or third parties.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Thrilling Signs intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping, Returns, Website Use & Liability

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by order requirements, carrier operations, weather, address issues, supply availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your use of the Thrilling Signs website and products is also subject to applicable policies presented on our website.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
