  • All orders over $25 ship for free.
  • For orders under $25, a flat rate shipping fee will apply based on your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1 business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once your order has been shipped.

    • Reach out to your local post office branch or FedEx office for assistance with delivery delays, misdelivered, or missing packages.

Order Issues

If you encounter problems with your order, please follow these steps:

    • You must contact us within 3 days of order delivery with details of the issue.
    • Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect items, if applicable.

    • If we can verify that an error or damage occurred, we will take appropriate action.
  3. Resolution Options:
    • At our discretion, we will either:
      • Refund you for the cost of the items, or
      • Replace the item with the issue.
  4. Missing Items:
    • Ensure that all parts of your order were delivered (check the shipping confirmation email for multi-shipment orders).

Exclusions and Limitations

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders over $25.
