How do I place a custom order?
You can upload your artwork directly on our website, select your desired dimensions, material, and quantity, and add it to your cart. If you need custom design assistance or a bulk quote, feel free to contact us directly!
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We prefer high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) with all fonts outlined. We also accept high-res raster files (PNG or JPEG) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! For all custom artwork, we email a digital proof within 24 hours of placing your order. We won't start production until you approve the proof.
What is your standard turnaround and shipping time?

Decal FAQs
What is the difference between a decal and a sticker?
Decals are typically cut from solid-colored vinyl or printed without a full background, leaving only the graphic/text when applied. They come with transfer tape for easy application. Stickers are printed onto a single piece of adhesive backing (often with a custom die-cut outline) and peel off directly like a single label.
Are your vinyl decals safe for car paint and glass?
Yes! Our premium outdoor vinyl is safe for vehicle paint and window glass. It won't damage OEM paint when properly applied and removed.
How long do vinyl decals last outdoors?
Our high-grade outdoor vinyl decals are rated for 5 to 7 years of weather, UV, and rain exposure without fading or cracking.
How do I apply a cut vinyl decal?

Clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and let dry.

Peel off the paper backing, keeping the vinyl attached to the clear transfer tape.

Position the decal and firmly squeegee or press it down from the center outward.

Are your stickers waterproof and dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our stickers are printed on durable vinyl and coated with a protective UV-resistant matte or glossy laminate. They are 100% waterproof, weatherproof, and safe for water bottles, laptops, and dishwashers.
Banner FAQs
What materials are your banners made of?
We offer heavy-duty 13 oz. Gloss/Matte Vinyl for standard indoor/outdoor use and Mesh Vinyl for high-wind outdoor areas (which allows air to pass through without tearing).
Do your banners come with grommets or pole pockets?
Yes! We provide free metal grommets spaced every 2–3 feet along the edges. We also offer hemmed edges for extra durability and pole pockets upon request.
How should I store and care for my vinyl banner?
Always roll your banner with the printed side facing outward. Never fold your banner, as folding creates permanent creases and cracks in the print. Clean with warm water and a soft cloth if needed.
