Returns & Refunds
We want you to receive the products you ordered in good condition and produced according to your selections. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and problems with an order.
Returns & Custom-Made Products
Many Thrilling Signs products are made or prepared specifically for an individual order. Products that are personalized, custom-designed, made using customer-provided artwork or text, or produced according to customer-selected specifications generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or provided incorrect information.
- Review sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, numbers, dates, business information, artwork, and other selections carefully before placing your order.
- Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered due to an error by Thrilling Signs.
- Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return when authorized by Thrilling Signs.
- Contact us before returning any product. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
- Unless the return results from an error by Thrilling Signs or a defective or damaged product, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally not refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from what you ordered because of an error by Thrilling Signs, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, correction, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
- Include your order number and a description of the problem when contacting us.
- We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping damage, or other information needed to evaluate the issue.
- Keep the product and its packaging until we have completed our review or provided further instructions.
- If Thrilling Signs confirms that we produced or shipped the wrong product, we will work with you to correct the order at no additional product cost.
- Damage caused after delivery by improper installation, use, storage, modification, surface preparation, or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Because many Thrilling Signs products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has started.
- Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible after ordering.
- An order that has not entered production may be eligible for cancellation or modification.
- Once production of a custom or made-to-order product has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
- Any approved refund for a canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds & How to Request Help
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If you have a problem with an order, contact Thrilling Signs so we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
- Have your order number available when contacting us.
- Describe the issue and identify the affected product or products.
- Include photographs when reporting damage, defects, or an incorrect product when possible.
- Do not discard or return an affected product until we provide instructions if we need it to evaluate the claim.
- Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method; the time required for the credit to appear is controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
