Shorter company names will typically be set on one line. Longer names may be formatted on two lines for the best appearance and readability. We do not stretch or distort letters. Your lettering will always be sized proportionally.

Will this meet USDOT requirements?

For vehicles subject to the federal marking rule, FMCSA calls for the legal name or a single trade name of the operating motor carrier plus the USDOT number on both sides, in sharply contrasting lettering readable in daylight from 50 feet. This set provides both lines for both sides. State or operation-specific rules may add other markings, so confirm the requirements that apply to your vehicle.

How do I measure my door space?

Measure the flat area of your door where you want the lettering installed, side to side. Choose the width option that fits within that space. Your finished lettering will stay within the width you choose and may be narrower depending on your company name and USDOT number.

Will I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. The live preview shows your wording, selected font, color, and general layout. Final spacing may be adjusted slightly for production.

How long does production take?
