At Thrilling Signs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our vinyl decals. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is outlined below to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging materials.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made decals, items that have been attempted to be installed, or any product not in its original condition are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@thrillingsigns.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Support@thrillingsigns.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, if the order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
